The interior is just beautiful. Extremely luxurious and spacious, as soon as you enter the property you can’t help but go ‘Wow!’
The triple-height entrance hall features an imposing skylight allowing in the soft Mediterranean light. A spiral staircase leads you up to a rooftop terrace of 90sqm, with a chill out area with sofas, sunbeds, retractable sun blinds and a shower, then up to a den in the tower with 360-degree views of the sea and mountains. On this level you’ll benefit from a spacious television lounge, a service kitchen with breakfast bar and 3 gorgeous en suite bedrooms. There is also a large solarium with fabulous views.

The middle level is delightfully intimate, with the attractive lounge incorporating a private cocktail bar. Here you’ll find the beautiful master bedroom and guest bedroom. You also enjoy easy access to a lovely chill out terrace with the most splendid views. The villa’s lower level living/dining area is open plan and seats 12 people. It’s a wonderful place to entertain guests. There is a cool, fully fitted kitchen with all the latest designer appliances. (Note: all interior levels can be accessed via a lift.)The pool area is the perfect place to relax, drink in hand, in the warm Mallorcan sun. There’s also a BBQ area comfortably seating 12 people.

The villa has WI-FI and a multi-zone Sonos music system throughout all interior and exterior spaces. All communal and private rooms have recessed Smart televisions with access to extensive media libraries.
